Refund policy
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment. We refund the amount paid minus the cost of any reports already delivered from that payment. Subscriptions end at the period end. Read the full refund policy.

Is CaseTicker free?
Yes. Paste your case data and you see where your case stands today in plain English, plus the first 3 events of your timeline. A free check needs no account. Paid plans add the full timeline, the meaning of hidden codes, silent-update detection and sync-based email alerts.
Is my data safe?
Your case data is read by code that runs in your own browser, and a free check never uploads it. Names and addresses are dropped when the data is read. CaseTicker never asks for your USCIS password, and checkout runs on PayPal, so we never see your card.
How many cases can I track?
The free check covers 1 case at a time, and a $4.99 one-time report covers 1 case. A subscription includes 10 case slots, enough for a family.
What happens when my case is approved?
An approval ends that case, not your plan. Your plan counts case slots, not one specific case. Delete the approved case and add another one, such as a family member’s, at no extra charge.
How do I cancel?
Cancel a subscription any time from your PayPal account. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew. One-time reports have nothing to cancel.
How is this different from the free USCIS status tools?
Free tools show the one-line status for a case. Paid plans show the full event history with the meaning of hidden codes, spot changes USCIS makes without a new status, and email you when a sync shows something new. Alerts are sync-based: we do not monitor USCIS automatically.
