Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on caseticker.com.
Analytics
We use two analytics services:
- Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. They last up to 2 years.
- Plausible Analytics does not use cookies and does not store personal data in your browser.
- Neither service receives your case data. See the Privacy Policy for what analytics events contain.
No advertising cookies
CaseTicker does not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not run ad networks.
Preferences and sign-in
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
When paid accounts launch, signing in will set a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the account to work and is not used for tracking.
How to opt out
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings. The free case check works without any cookies.
- Use a content or tracker blocker; the site works normally with analytics blocked.
